What vehicles are included in your collection?
Our collection includes luxury sedans from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi, as well as premium SUVs and select sports coupés. Vehicle availability varies by arrangement type and booking period. We're happy to discuss specific model preferences during the reservation process.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
For Day Pass arrangements, we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead. Chauffeur Engagements and Six-Day Residencies benefit from a week's notice, though we accommodate shorter timelines when possible. Peak periods such as year-end holidays may require earlier booking.
What insurance coverage is provided?
All arrangements include comprehensive insurance with coverage for collision, third-party liability, and theft. There is a security deposit requirement which is refunded upon vehicle return. Specific policy details and excess amounts are provided during the booking confirmation.
Can I modify or extend my booking?
Extensions and modifications are handled through your dedicated contact. For Day Pass arrangements, same-day extensions are possible subject to vehicle availability. Longer engagements offer more flexibility for adjusting dates and vehicle choices. We ask for as much notice as practical.
What are your pickup and return locations?
Our main facility is located at 313@Somerset on Orchard Road, with convenient access to major roads and public transport. For Chauffeur Engagements, pickup and drop-off can be arranged at your hotel, residence, or office. Extended arrangements include delivery and collection options.
How does payment work?
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or corporate account. A deposit is required at booking confirmation, with the balance settled before vehicle handover. Detailed invoices are provided for all transactions. Corporate billing arrangements can be established for regular clients.
